Review contacts

Reviews/updates contacts for the given filter (e.g. sync metrics, verification status, catch-all status). Returns the number of records updated and fetch details (metrics, leads_found, email_fetched, status lists). Requires authentication via Bearer token or API key in query (?api_key=...).
