Get countries

Returns paginated list of countries for the authenticated user. Optional search string to match country names starting with the value. Requires authentication via Bearer token or API key in query (?api_key=...).

Number of countries to return (1–100). Default 10.

Number of countries to skip for pagination (≥ 0). Default 0.

Search string to match country names starting with this value (1–255 chars).
