Email Throttle. Set this as true if you want to send all emails simultaneouly.

Email Throttle with time gap. This will apply only if all_email_sent_without_time_gap = false. This is the time gap between each email from each mailbox. All mailboxes will send an email together, with a gap defined.

Set as true if you would like to recieve positive intent responses for all test emails to warm up your campaign copy. This will also move emails that landed in Spam into the inbox folder, and send a positive intent response.
